After selection चयन के बाद क्या

Usually, we think that if I shall pass this exam, I shall be successful in life. But success is not that simple, success is a continuous thing. If you will not do this continuously, you will be unsuccessful in life and it shall give more frustration in life. So, never think for present success as most of the people do. Most of the people suggest that this is the last time when you have to do hard work but this is a big lie. You have to continue hard work. If you remember your past, you will come to know that every time you will come to know about last step but each step is second last. Everything is second last in life. You should think again before taking a final step because each step is second last.

हिन्दी में कहूँ तो कोई भी मौक़ा आखिरी नहीं है और आपको आगे भी और मौके मिलेंगे। इसी तरह से कोई भी सफलता अंतिम नहीं है और आपको आगे और अधिक मेहनत करनी है। जिस दिन मेहनत करना बन्द कर देते हो तो समझ लो कि या तो आप बुड्ढे हो चुके हो या अपने आप को बूढ़ा मान चुके हो।

मैंने कई बच्चों को देखा है कि बस मेरा IIT में चयन हो जाये बाद में तो मैं दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा इंजीनियर बन जाऊँगा। लेकिन आप ये क्यों नहीं सोचते कि यदि आप दुनिया के सबसे बड़े इंजीनियर ही बनाने वाले हो तो आपको IIT में जाने से रोकेगा ही कौन?

If you are preparing for a research institute, be prepared for your future because it is completely different from your present thinking and present working style. As you studied history in your school life, but in future you will find that you read only a part of it and that is also not complete. If you will read uncomplete stories, you will gain negative things also. So, if you want to learn something, go in deep and learn. If it takes a bit more time, it is fine, but deep knowledge will give you a long life in that field.

अब यदि आप विज्ञान के क्षेत्र में रूचि ले रहे हो तो पहले सोचो कि आप कितने भारतीय वैज्ञानिकों को जानते हो? शायद आप अब्दुल कलाम को जानते हों लेकिन उनको लोग राष्ट्रीपति बनने के बाद जानने लगे हैं और उनकी ख्याति मिसाइल मेन बनने के बाद हुई। अब तक विज्ञान के क्षेत्र में केवल 3-4 वैज्ञानिकों को भारत रत्न दिया गया है जबकि ऐसे भारतीय मूल के इससे कहीं अधिक वैज्ञानिकों को नोबेल पुरस्कार मिल चुका है। इसका अर्थ यह हुआ कि विज्ञान के क्षेत्र को अपने देश में अभी भी पर्याप्त रूप से ख्याति प्राप्त नहीं हुई है।

If science is not developed yet in our country, you should be prepared that you are going in a field which is not matured enough yet. That implies, you can do a lot of thing which are useful for a normal human being but you have to face a lot of problems too. These problems will not be as easy as getting selected in any field. You should remember that you are not the only person who is intelligent in life and thinking, there are a lot of people who are much bright but couldn't face next step. So, we need to prepare each and every time for a long run. Because we can survive only in long run. Short time running will be more harmful.
