URATPG Phase 2 date extension

I have written about the process of URATPG phase 2 process in my previous blog. That blog was a follow up of notification by URATPG convener Prof. J.P. Yadav. Corresponding blog is URATPG 2019, phase 2.

After above blog, following things are updated on website:

Now I shall try to explain above things in my own words. First notification is about some clarifications. There are some typos or mistakes which has continued from last year and University is accepting those mistakes. You should consider those mistakes while calculating the final marks for admission. With these clarifications, you can clear your confusion in application. These are as follows:

1. On the page number 3 of form, maximum score is printed as 70 but it is really 100. So, you should read it 100 instead of 70.
2. In your admission, only 70% of above will be used. For example, if you are getting 80 marks in entrance test, in final calculation department/centre will add only 56 (this is 70% of what you get). Other 30% will be your graduation marks.
3. On first page "page-3" is written, you should read it as "page-5".
4. Your graduation marks (in percentage), will be increased with suitable weightage and then multiplied by 0.3 (which is 30% of total). In that 70% of your entrance test marks (which is 0.7 times the of your test marks) will be added. Final merit will be finalised with these marks.
5. Dates are changed for 2nd phase:
1. Last date for application for 2nd phase: 10 July 2019
2. Last date of submission of hard copy: 12 July 2019
3. First merit list will be released: 16 July 2019
4. Last date of fee deposition for first merit list: 19 July 2019
5. Second merit list will be released : 22 July 2019
6. If anyone is submitting their mark-sheet or any other document in hard copy, you (university) have to consider it and have to use in next merit list.
7. You can get all details about weightage and rules of reservation in prospectus 2019. Prospectus of 2019 can be found on University website.
8. All departments/centres are requested (as per original notification, ordered instead of requested) to provide their email id to convener of URATPG 2019 by the last date of hard copy submission.

In press release, text is not clear, so I am copy pasting that text here:

राजस्थान के कुछ विश्वविद्यालयों के स्नातक परीक्षाओं के परिणाम घोषित नहीं होने तथा इन्टरनेट सेवाओं के बाधित होने के कारण छात्र हित में राजस्थान विश्वविद्यालय में पी.जी.(स्नातकोत्तर) पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश हेतु आवेदन करने की अन्तिम तिथि 10 जुलाई 2019 तक बढ़ा दी गई है। 12 जुलाई 2019 तक विद्यार्थी संबंधित विभागों में आवेदन पत्र की हार्ड कॉपी जमा करा सकेंगे। दिनांक 16 जुलाई 2019 को प्रवेश से संबंधित सूची संबंधित विभागों द्वारा जारी की जायेगी।
