Rules written on back side of graduation program of Rajasthan University

Long back, I wrote rules written on marksheet of annual post graduation programs of Rajasthan University. Now, I thought to give the same details for under graduation programs too. So, I am copy pasting the things from backside of marksheets of under graduation program. These are only in annual scheme. If you wanna share the same for other universities in Rajasthan, please let me know or send me a copy of back side of the marksheet. I shall verify with officials and publish that here. Part written bellow is copy pasted from the year 2022.

NOTES:

  1. (A) A Candidate who is declared pass at the Part-I and Part-II of B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Exam. (Pass & Honours Course) of 10+2+3 Exam shall be awarded Pass Class.
    (B) In the case of Part-III Exam. (Pass Course) minimum percentage of marks for a pass in First/Second division and pass class is 60%, 48% and 36% respectively in the aggregate marks of all the parts taken together.
    (C) IN the case of B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Honours Part-III Exam. Minimum percentage of marks for a pass in First/Second division and pass class is 60%, 50% & 696 Marks (For BA/B.Com.) and 642 Marks (For B.Sc.) or above marks respectively in the aggregate of all the parts.
  2. (A) For a pass of the B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Part-I, Part-II and Part-III Exam., A Candidate is required to obtain at least 36% marks in each Core/Optional and compulsory subject. Theory and practical separately. In the case of French and German subject candidate is required to obtain atleast 36% marks in theory and viva separately.
    (B) For declaring pass a candidate is required to obtain minimum 40% marks in each Honours subject and 36% marks in Subsidiary subject. For Gen. Hindi/Ele. Hindi/G. English/Elem. Computer/ENVS. (For Arts, Sci. & Com. Regular students) at the B.A./B.Sc./B.Com/ Pass course / honours Part-I, a candidate, is required to obtain 36% marks in theory and practical separately.
    (C) The marks obtained in compulsory subjects will not be countered for working out the division. A candidate who obtains 60% or more marks in compulsory subjects of Gen. Hindi and Gen. English at the Part-I Exam., Will be shown to have obtained proficiency in that subject(s).
    (D) A non commerce student appearing in B.Com. Exam, is required to pass the subject of Book-Keeping & Accountancy. The candidates are required to obtain 36% marks in the subject. The marks, however, are not an award of division.

  3. (A) Candidate failing in one subject at the B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Part-III (10+2+3) examination are eligible to appear at the supplementary Exam. In that subject along with due of Part-II and Part-I.
    (B) A candidate who fails at the B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Honours part-II Examination in (a) Not more than one theory paper/practical of the Hons. Subject  and / or (b) Not more than one theory paper/practical of the subsidiary subject shall be eligible to appear at the Supplementary Examination along with due of Part-II and Part-I.

  4. (A) A candidate failing in one or more compulsory subject and/or in one optional/core subject only at the B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Part-I Exam. (Pass Course) shall be eligible to appear in the failing subject(s) alongwith the B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Part-II Exam. (Pass Course).
    (B) A candidate who fails at the B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Hons. Part-I Examination in (a) either one or more Compulsory subject(s) and/or (b) not more than one theory paper/practical of Honours subject and/or (c) not more than one theory paper/practical of the subsidiary subject. Shall be eligible to pass the same along with Part-II Examination subject to the provision of O 153-B.

  5. (A) Candidate failing in one subject at the part-II Exam. (Pass Course) shall be eligible to appear at the part-III subsequently Main Exam, alongwith due subject of part-II and/or Part-I.
    (B) A candidate who fails at the B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Hons. Part-II Exam, in (a) not more than one theory paper/practical of the Hons. Subject and/or (b) not more than one theory paper/practical of the subsidiary shall be eligible to appear in the same alongwith Part-III Exam.

  6. A candidate who is appearing at the part-III Exam. (Pass Course) alongwith due subject of Part-II and/or Part-I (and declared either pass or supplementary at the Part-III Exam. But fails in the due subject of Part-II and/or Part-I will be eligible to appear at the Part-III Supplementary Examination.

  7. Where a subject comprises of two or more theory papers in pass course and a candidate failed in their aggregate but taking each paper separately obtain the minimum pass marks in one or more of them at the main examination he/she shall be required to reappear only in those paper(s) in which he/she failed to obtain the minimum pass marks.

    NOTE: The minimum pass marks prescribed for all the theory papers of a subject taken together, distributed over the different papers in the proportion of their maximum marks will give the minimum pass marks for each individual paper. If the marks so worked out are in fraction the same shall be raised to the next higher whole number.

  8. (A) A candidate who clears an optional/core subject and practical as due subject shall be deemed to have secured the minimum pass marks prescribed for that subject/practical for the purpose of determining division at the B.A./B.Sc./ And B.Com. Part-III Exam. (Pass Course) and for admission to the next higher class.
    (B) A Candidate who clears a paper/practical either of Honours or Subsidiary as due paper/practical shall be deemed to have secured the minimum pass marks prescribed for the paper/practical for the purpose of determining division at the B.A./B.Sc./ And B.Com. Honours Part-III Exam and for admission to the next higher class.

  9. (*) Star shown against the paper/subject denotes failure in that paper/subject.

  10. Any candidate who wants to Scrutiny/Revaluation of his/her result may apply online application within 15 days from the date of declaration of the result/issue of marksheet.

  11. In case of any mistake being detected in the preparation of marks sheet or brought to the notice afterward, the University will be fully empowered to correct the same (O. 169H)
